MY MISSION WITH PERSONAL TRAINING
We live in an ever evolving technological environment. Fitness is becoming less and less incorporated into our daily lives which can cause a myriad of health complications.
It is my mission as a fitness coach to bring fitness into people's lives in as easy a manner as possible. I program the workouts for you so it can be one less stressor in your already busy schedule.
I strive to make the fitness experience fun and efficient! If you have tried again and again and still have not found a sustainable fitness routine, you need a supportive coach like me to get you where you want to go!
PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
Are you a busy professional who cannot make it to a gym all the time? Do you travel a lot and find it hard to get to a gym or have a gym membership? Do you find it too expensive or difficult to get to a physical gym? Then virtual fitness may be the option for you. If you have access to body weight (of course you do!) and/or bands and weights at home, this option can be your resource to keep you on track with your fitness.
Muscle Connect Fitness is a hybrid personal training service. I built my business to include many different options to keep clients fit, healthy, and goal driven.
- Virtual:
- Trainerize exercise platform that includes how to videos of exercises listed in your program.
- Trainerize platform syncs with most smart watches and MyFitnessPal to support habit changes and nutritional guidance.
- Access to your Coach 24/5. Fitness includes more than a one hour session with your trainer, ask questions and get advice in real time.
- Access to your program 24/7 anywhere in the world and work out any time!
- Budget friendly option for those who do not have the funds to have both a gym membership and personal training.
- Hybrid:
- All features listed above in virtual training
- In person fitness training at your home or at the MUSCLE CONNECT FITNESS studio.
- Form corrections, weekly assessments, and access to all the gym's equipment.
- Moderately higher price for training packages.
- Personal Training:
- All features listed in hybrid training.
- All in person training sessions either at your home or the MUSCLE CONNECT FITNESS studio.
- Great option for those who are new to training, recovering from surgery, those who need/like more guidance in fitness, or those who do not like going/being virtual.
